Pay Range
$35-$45 per hour
Requirements:
- Four-year construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Previous experience installing window treatments.
- Ability to read and interpret installation instructions and diagrams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, Education
- Commercial, Healthcare, Office, and Hospitality solutions
- Experience with Manual Shades, Touchless automated shades, Motorized Shades, Automation / Daylight Control is a Plus
- Measure windows to determine the appropriate size and style of window treatments.
- Order materials and supplies needed for each installation.
- Supervise Installation a variety of window treatments.
- Ensure that all installations are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer services.
