Pay Range

$16 per hour

As a Cycle Counter for our tool crib, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for accurately tracking the usage of tools and equipment, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting the overall organization of the tool crib.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize cycle counting techniques to accurately track the usage of tools and equipment in the tool crib.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to replenish inventory as needed, ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Maintain organized and efficient storage of tools and equipment within the tool crib.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends in tool usage and recommend improvements to inventory management processes.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing best practices for tool crib operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
