Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Coordinator to lead field operations for material movement and logistics on active job sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating teams and equipment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily trucking schedules, managing GPS tracking systems, coordinating with vendors and site crews, and ensuring that all operations align with project goals. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

Pay Range
$25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily trucking schedules and confirm vendor arrival times
- Deploy and manage GPS tracking units
- Communicate site conditions and needs to operations managers
- Sign trucks in/out and verify materials against dispatch orders
- Upload truck tickets and track daily productivity metrics
- Address real-time issues and relay updates to supervisors
- Maintain jobsite organization and enforce safety protocols
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Solve on-site problems to maintain project momentum
- Hold drivers accountable to site rules and performance expectations
- Escalate operational challenges and collaborate on solutions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction, logistics, or transportation
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and decisive in dynamic jobsite conditions
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to enforcing SOPs
- Experience with dozers and excavators is a plus
- Willingness to learn and operate equipment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically active and comfortable working in the field
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $25/hour + overtime (Year 1)
- After 1 year: $60,000–$70,000 salary + quarterly bonuses
