Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Alarm Technician to install, inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fire alarm systems, NFPA codes, and electrical safety standards.

Pay Range
$18-$22 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Install and program fire alarm systems including panels, detectors, pull stations, and notification devices.
Perform routine inspections and testing in accordance with NFPA 72 and local codes.
Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm system components and wiring issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, service calls, and repairs.
Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and building officials as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Respond to emergency service calls and perform corrective actions promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
2+ years of experience in fire alarm installation and service.
Familiarity with various fire alarm systems (e.g., Notifier, Simplex, Siemens).
NICET certification (Level I or higher) is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
