Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Millwright with a strong mechanical background to join our industrial construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machinery installation and removal, rigging, and shutdown projects. Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

Pay Range
$26-$30 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Install, dismantle, and relocate industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform rigging and alignment of heavy equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems.
- Assist in shutdowns and turnarounds in industrial environments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of mechanical experience in machinery installation/removal.
- 5–10 years of experience as a millwright or in rigging.
- Proven experience in industrial construction or shutdown projects.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- Forklift or aerial lift certification.
- Experience with precision alignment tools and techniques.
