Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our commercial construction painting division. This role will provide critical support to the Project Manager by handling project direction, expediting tasks, overseeing logistics, and ensuring project success from start to finish. As a subcontractor (not a general contractor), we need a motivated individual who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excels in time management, and is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Pay Range
$60k-$80k per year

Key Qualifications:
- Local candidates only – Remote working nor relocation is offered for this role.
- 2-3 years experience in a construction or project management supporat role.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced enviroment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with construction software, pay apps, Miscrosoft and badging operations.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulation and industry best practices.
