Job Summary
QLM has partnered with a growing client in Nashville, TN to identify an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial glazing and curtain wall construction. This role will oversee multiple high‑value projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while driving schedule, budget, and overall project performance. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of façade systems, strong leadership experience, and a track record of successfully managing complex, fast‑paced commercial projects with significant financial responsibility.

Pay Range
$100k-$150k per year
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial glazing and curtain wall projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, and change orders
- Serve as primary client contact (GCs, Owners, Architects, Consultants)
- Coordinate field operations, procurement, logistics, and submittals
- Lead project reporting, risk management, and financial performance tracking
- Mentor junior Project Managers and support process improvements
Requirements
- 10+ years in commercial glazing or curtain wall construction
- 5+ years in Project Management leadership
- Experience managing multiple $5M+ projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, façades, and aluminum entrances
- Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360, Fieldwire, and scheduling software
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP or LEED certification a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
