Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Call Specialist to contact current patients and inform them of our office relocation. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the practice in a friendly and professional manner.

Pay Range
$18-$20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to current patients to notify them of the office move
- Clearly communicate new location details, including address, directions, and any changes to scheduling
- Answer basic patient questions or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Update patient records with confirmed contact and communication notes
- Maintain accurate call logs and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional tone
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills and ability to update records
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
